This single origin has been produced in a region of Colombia that is favoured for its high-altitudes, rich volcanic soil, and proximity to the equator, resulting in coffee that boasts a vibrant flavour profile. Traditional methods are followed during production. Ripe cherries are pulped and fermented before being washed, dried, and stored in parchment.

Aptly named after the national music of Colombia, this single origin is bright and juicy, with notes of red apple, orange, lime and caramel.

Varietal: Caturra, Castillo, Colombia

Process: Washed
