This Bloom Seasonal Espresso is an exciting trio of naturally processed coffees, which have combined to form a blend that is heavy in body, flavour and acidity.
Our latest edition of Bloom Seasonal Espresso is a vibrant fusion, combining top lots from the Keffa and Djimmah regions in Ethiopia.
Known for being home to the widest genetic diversity of coffee varieties, it is unsurprising that Ethiopia has produced two standout single origins which make up this blend. The third component hails from the Nariño region in Colombia; a country which is renowned for their washed coffee.
Flavour and balance are key, with this version of Bloom showcasing notes of jasmine and tangerine, with rich caramel and flavours of jaffa cake.
